The 'Food' Struggle


I see that a lot of people are suffering with their weight. Some people don't care about their weight because they love their food more than they love their health. I think people should cook food at home instead of going out to eat because eating out all of the time is not healthy. Eating out at unhealthy restaurants can cause serious problems like obesity and diabetes. Obesity is most commonly caused by a combination of excessive food intake, lack of physical activity, and genetic susceptibility. Although a few cases are caused primarily by genes endocrines disorder, medication, or mental illness .Evidence to support the view that obese people eat little yet gain weight due to a slow metabolism is not generally supported. On average, obese people have a greater energy expenditure than their thin counterparts due to the energy required to maintain an increased body mass.

Some people obsess with cheese. In my opinion, cheese has too much oil and fat and can affect our stomach and thighs. I think we should drink more water everyday, mostly in the morning when you wake up. We should eat less meat and intake more grain and water. I recommend you to follow these tips.
