New year? New dress code!

The Eastern wildcats pounced into a new year with a new dress code.

Time for you to express the real you! Here is what you should know:

Girls can wear strapless shirts and tank tops now, but nothing has changed for the boys.

Spaghetti strap tank tops are now ALLOWED! The dress code allows leggings without needing a shirt to cover, strapless tops and tank tops if you aren’t showing cleavage.

I caught up with some students to talk about this new dress code:

Paw Print: Do you think the dress code is fair to guys because girls can wear tank tops and guys can’t?

Asanti Neal Platt: "I don’t think it is fair because girls can show their skin, but guys cant which you would think guys could because they don’t have cleavage.

In your opinion do you think the new dress code is school appropriate?

Hollie Cook:" No because people take advantage of it and show to much skin and cleavage. "
