Review your school
What happens when you google your school? Did you even know a high school coul have reviews? There are a lot of opinions on Eastern Guilford High School. I’m sure most students have things to say about the school in general. Things like “Oh school sucks!”, or “I hate school, what do we need it for?!”. Well, there are people who actually have written reviews on the school as a whole.
Well, not everything is negative. On a positive note, one-person wrote “I had a great time in high school is definitely a place for teens to have fun and still get awesome education in the process,” reviewer Woodell The Gamer.
Can you relate? Another writer had to say was: “The administration at Eastern is top-notch, and the teachers are dedicated to helping the students succeed,”
Now many people had nice things to say about Eastern Guilford, but many others didn’t have the same positive experiences. One of the writers had to say: “It's certainly not the most perfect school in the world. The dress code is strict, not much school spirit, the clubs are lackluster, Spanish is the only foreign language here that isn't online (at the moment) and fights are not uncommon,” says reviewer Lia the Dragonborn.
Whew! That person had a lot to say. But wait, there’s more. Another writer, who could possibly be a former teacher, wrote: “That school sucks I went there for 16 years around smokers and sagging pants,” says reviewer Zachary Griffin.
From what I’ve read on these reviews, most people seem to enjoy to attending school or praise it for its academic success. Others didn’t enjoy it as much as in the past or hated working here in general.
Now there are some who are caught in the middle. One person even described the school as “greedy”. What Wesley Alderman had to write pretty much, to me, sums up the school: “every kid doesn't smoke and do drugs. and this school isn't bad. yes, I agree teachers aren't the most appropriate ones but life isn't appropriate either, am I right? Honestly the school isn't terrible. I feel like you’re just blaming the teachers. but everyone has their own opinions.” Wesley is right, everyone will have their own opinions. So what’s yours?
