A coat for the holidays
Give A Kid A Coat, a program that collects coat donations from area residents to give to those in need, will kick off its 32nd campaign on Friday, January 4, 2019.
The 2018 Give A Kid A Coat Foundations concluded its 31st Campaign February 10th. You can start giving coats now for the 32nd 2019 campaign. The Give A Kid A Coat Foundation has been collecting and donating jackets or coats since 1987. Overall, they have raised about 870,000 coats for people in need for the holidays. If you would like to donate a coat to keep a child or adult warm this winter, simply drop off an outgrown coat or a coat no longer being worn at the nearest A Cleaner World location. A Cleaner World will clean and repair the coats and then send them to The Salvation Army for distribution. Give A Kid A Coat is funded by A Cleaner World, FOX8, 1075KZL, WKRR etc.

Q: How do you plan on giving back for the holiday season?
By donating toys that my sister no longer uses to kids that are needy
Do you support the thought of people giving away coats they no longer need to people who need them?
Yes I do support that because if your not using it why throw away something that is in good shape that another person that’s unfortunate might need!
