What is the perfect gift for Valentine’s day?
Are you stressed over buying the perfect Valentines day gift for your girlfriend?
Its about that time again, it's February: The month of love. Valentine's Day shopping for your girlfriend can be a little difficult, sometimes you just don’t know what’s the perfect gift is to make her Valentine's Day special. February 14th to girls is sort of a big deal. It is a way a girl feels special to their boyfriend or girlfriend. Most males feel like they know their girlfriend and know exactly what she would like. Most guys go for the giant teddy bear or just some chocolate then some go on a romantic dinner date. Maybe some just aren’t sure at all because they just started dating. To get a male’s perspective I asked a couple of guys about the perfect gift for their girlfriend on Valentines’ day.
If you and your girlfriend just started dating early February would you still get her a gift?
Isaiah O: “Yes, something small like a teddy bear/little box of candy, and a card.”
Dylan S: “Uhm maybe skittles and a teddy bear”
How much would you spend on your girlfriend for Valentine’s day?
Isaiah O: “$150”
Dylan S:“$50, bro”
Do you think girls should expect a gift?
Isaiah O: “Yes, but nothing to much”
Dylan S: “Nah”
What do you think girls want for Valentine’s day?
Isaiah O:“Chocolate and roses”
Dylan S:“Teddy bear and candy”
What is the perfect gift?
Isaiah O:“Love is the perfect gift; all people care about is materialistic things that’s not good.”
Dylan S:“I’ll just give her skittles and the whole world.”
I’m a girl and in my opinion, girls do want gifts for Valentine’s Day (mostly a big bear or things from the store PINK). If a guy doesn’t want to get his girlfriend something for Valentine's Day, he should tell her so she isn’t expecting to come to school and see her boyfriend holding a bear. Also, it may be a little embarrassing for a girl to not have a gift on Valentine's Day from her boyfriend. Overall, if your dating her, you should know her. As long as she gets a gift she will be happy.
