YouTube is cancelled

Millions of comments have been removed.

Recently, YouTube has started to disable comments on videos after the scandal of a so-called creator who was helping pedophiles find clips of young girls. Someone created a “worm hole” for pedophiles to find videos of a young girl just doing regular activities like gymnastics. This has even caused companies like AT&T, Nestle (NSRGY); also Epic Games had to stop advertising on the YouTube platform.

YouTube says they will hire up to 10,000 people to fix this situation. These videos that are being shut down are videos that feature minors.

Not only was there a worm hole for pedophiles to find videos but also a video that instructs children to commit suicide. Recently Shane Dawson had come up with a conspiracies theories series and in part one of the video he talks about television cartoon shows in which the characters kill themselves as a solution to their problems. This has not been the only time they have found videos where characters show this type of behavior. Back in June these videos were flagged.

If you think these are the only things happening on YouTube well, you are wrong.

Channels that try to target viewers and influence them to become white nationalists, promote pedophilia, conspiracy theories, Nazis, and propaganda were removed. Not only the comments were removed but also the videos.

The YouTube platform is at risk and these influences are not helping.
